Can I refill the SaniSolution Smart Cartridge?

No, the Cartridge is not refillable. Veterinarians helped develop the special, cat-safe SaniSolution formula, which has been thoroughly tested. The cartridge dispenses the exact, amount of solution both for the safety of the cat and the proper running of the CatGenie. The Cartridge is tamper proof so untested or unsafe solutions cannot be substituted.
